Presentation

The Top-color is coloring powders some (pigment) made up of mineral oxides.

 

Applicability

 

The Top-color is used for coloring in the mass of the concretes and mortars made up containing cement.

It can also be useful for:

 

                               mortars of cover

                               mortars of jointing

                               the flagstones concrete

                               esthetic concretes

 

It is also used for all colourings of coatings containing lime or plaster.

 

Principal qualities

 

The Top-color is coloring synthetic containing mineral and iron oxide.

It has a very good behavior with U V. sun.

It does not modify of anything time catch of the mortars.

 

Physical characteristics

 

Yellow apparent density: 0,40 to 0,50 

Green apparent density: 0,40 to 0,50

Naturalness apparent density: 0,40 to 0,50

Chamois apparent density: 0,40 to 0,50

Red apparent density: 0,75 to 0,85

Black apparent density: 0,40 to 0,50

Instructions

 

It is necessary to add the Top-color to the dry mixture (binder and aggregates), then to mix well before adding water.

 

Consumption

 

Consumption is approximately 3 to 5% of the weight of cement.

To carry out a test as a preliminary is always recommended.

The proportioning of the various dyes Signal-color is to be adapted according to following parameters':

- Required Color

- Colors and proportionings of the various components (flexible, aggregates, color of cement…).

 

Conditioning

 

Limp of 1 kg.

Bag of 25 kg.

 

Precautions of use

 

To avoid a contact too prolonged directly on the skin.

To correctly wash the hands after use.

In the event of contact with the eyes to wash abundantly with clear water.

 

Storage and conservation

The Top-color if it is stored safe from the moisture and in its intact packing of origin, can be preserved during 3 years.
