The waxed concrete is obtained by the casting

of a mineral sole “coloured according to your choice” in the mass of 4 with 7mm thickness

The support must be healthy, clean, in the contrary case to prepare your support as it should be,

To pour in a bucket: 10 liters of clean water with 20% (that is to say 2 liters) of “Signal-latex”, in order to obtain mixing water
To incorporate in 1 liter of this mixture your pigments (1 sachet very ready with your color by bag of 25 kg).
To put in the concrete-mixer or container diluted pigments.
To mix the mineral purée coloured “Signal-quartz” with part of mixing water contained in the bucket until obtaining a ontueuse paste.
To draw up the mineral sole coloured on the primary education of still fresh fixing, by taking care to level it perfectly.
To debubble the micro air pockets contained in the purée
To surface and smooth carefully using a smoothing machine: surface must be plane and smooth, without vagueness nor hollow
To await 3 to 4 days then to remove your formwork and to slightly sandpaper in order to open the porosity of surface
Then to spread out 1 layer of wax with concrete polymerized “Signal-wax” by letting it penetrate a few hours and pulverize the liquid resin “Signal-completion”.

Whatever the color chosen, the effect of shading due to the smoothing of the product brings to your concrete waxed a single completion.
