The concrete waxed europebeton adapts to all types of interior or outside, on any nature of the support tiling, concrete,

liquid cover, heating on the ground, plaster, placo, etc…

The waxed concrete is obtained by the casting

of a mineral sole coloured according to your choice in the 4 ms mass thickness

formulated to reduce to the maximum the contribution of water, on an existing flagstone, tiling, cover anhydrite and any rigid support, derived from the technique of the industrial grounds, it confers on the supports the color and the aspect patinated, moired or shining, as well as a great resistance to the traffic and poiçonnement.

The mineral sole is a mixture ready with employment made up of cement, fibers polypropylene… and aggregates hard and gauged studied forms and granulometry, selected for their high physicomechanical qualities.

 Particular house, hall, trade, reception of hotel, restaurant, office, interior installation, the waxed concrete is pleasant and luminous. Proposed in a broad range of color, the waxed concrete combines esthetics with reliability. The waxed concrete is made to answer the constraints of a constant frequentation and the wish of a personalized environment

The support paves concrete must be healthy, clean and without crack, in the contrary case to prepare your support as it should be by stopping the cracks,

To protect your walls from possible projections of product by a peripheral covering of a film polyane on a height of approximately 1,20 meter.

To place peripheral joints along your walls and of the thresholds of doors to avoid the problems due to the concrete expansion. These foam bands a thickness of 5 millimetres will remain in place and could be easily crossed on the final level of the pavement.

Before casting, you can calepiner your building site by means of exotic wood, rod aluminum, tiling, bricks, stones of facing… The personalization of your ground will only be developed by it.

Some is the color chosen, the effect of shading due to the smoothing (manual or mechanical) of the product brings to your concrete ground waxed a single completion.

This technique can be implemented on a cover mortar covering with approximately 60 ms the heating floor, by working extinct heating and ground at ambient temperature.

Implementation on concrete and mortar

To pickle and degrease the support existing with the diluted acid with 10% follow-up of a rinsing with excess
For the straw mattress of fixing, to pour and spread out with the roller over the support, the pure resin of fixing “Signal-latex” on which to slightly powder with expenses (150 grs/m ²) with “Signal-quartz” then to let dry 12 hours 
To mix in a bucket 20% “Signal-latex” with water in order to obtain mixing water
To incorporate in 1 liter of this mixture your pigments (1 sachet very ready with your color by bag of 25 kg).
To put in the concrete-mixer or container diluted pigments.
• To mix the mineral purée “Signal-quartz” with mixing water obtained, until obtaining a consistent paste
• To spread out with the roller with advance over the straw mattress of fixing dries a fine layer of fresh “Signal-latex”
• To draw up or project the mineral sole (thickness 4 ms) on the primary education of still fresh fixing, by taking care to level perfectly without waves nor hollow
• To if need be debubble the micro air pockets contained in the purée
• To await the catch, then to smooth while shoeing carefully using a manual smoothing machine or helicopter (according to surface)
• To thaw and polisser (3 days afterwards) the residual glacis surfaces some using a fine grain
• To sweep, then to spread out 2 to 3 layers of wax with concrete polymerized “Signal-wax” by letting it penetrate a few hours between each master key
• To gloss with a grinding machine or a dry rag

Implemented on liquid “anhydrite”, réagréage, tiling, terrazzo, marble, floor heating and or refreshing cover and on old concrete or damage

Implementation on fresh concrete or mortar by powdering

To draw the concrete with the rake and to make the level with the rule (if the delivery is ensured by several spinning tops, work in “checkerwork”, i.e. by identical squares of surfaces).
To parallel to vibrate the bottom the ground, with the vibrating needle, the rule, or the striker by taking care not not to too much make go up the milt.
To plaster: to smooth surface until the stones are not visible any more.
To smooth: surface must be plane and smooth, without vagueness nor apparent hollow.
To brew with the mixer “Signal-quartz” with your pigments (1 sachet very ready with your color by bag of 25 kg).
Soupoudrer “Signal-quartz” (approximately 6 Kg/m ².) uniformly on all surface to be treated immediately after smoothing. If there is water sweating surface, to wait a little, but the concrete should not have carried out its catch!
To let act “Signal-quartz” variable time according to the season and of the temperature.
To incorporate “Signal-quartz” by giving the final aspect desired by circular or mechanical manual floating (helicopter).
Four days later, to sweep, sandpaper with the fine grain, to aspire, then to spread out 2 to 3 layers of wax with concrete polymerized “Signal-wax” by letting it penetrate a few hours between each master key

Implementation on fresh concrete or mortar by built-in purée

To draw the concrete with the rake and to make the level with the rule (if the delivery is ensured by several spinning tops, work in “checkerwork”, i.e. by identical squares of surfaces)
To parallel to vibrate the bottom the ground, with the vibrating needle, the rule, or the striker by taking care not not to too much make go up the milt.
