The waxed concrete is obtained by the casting

of a mineral sole “coloured according to your choice” in the mass from 3 to 4 mm thickness

formulated to reduce to the maximum the contribution of water, on any rigid support, it confers on the supports the color and the aspect patinated, moired or shining, as well as a great resistance poiçonnement. It is a mixture ready with employment made up of cement, fibers polypropilene, plasticizer, additives and aggregates hard and gauged studied forms and granulometry, selected for their high physicomechanical qualities

Examples of basic colors available

To apply in primary education of fixing a fine layer of Bestrésine to the clean and wet support.
To mix the mineral purée coloured “Signal-quartz” with water added with Signal-latex 20% until obtaining a paste ontueuses.
To project manually or mechanically the first mineral master key of purée coloured on the primary education of still fresh fixing on a 1.5 ms thickness thickness.
To apply a second master key from 1.5 to 2 ms thickness to the first passes still fresh.
To surface and smooth carefully using a smoothing machine surface must be plane and smooth, without vagueness nor hollow.
To obtain a moire patinated completion, to slightly sandpaper in order to open the porosity of surface, then to spread out 1 to 2 layers of       Signal-wax by letting it penetrate a few hours between each master key.
